New Jersey's largest city is spending $2 million to house the homeless and test for COVID.

New Jersey's largest city is spending $2 million to house the homeless in hotels and to test, and in some cases medically supervise, those who are COVID-positive. The health director says those without permanent addresses are among the three most vulnerable groups. Newark's also collecting information for potential contact tracing.
