We have 16 schools competing to be the season 8 champion and the $1,000 grand prize for their schools project graduation.
In our second match, we have a veteran taking on a newcomer, the Dragons of Brunswick, were the season 7 champions and are hoping to make it back-to-back wins this year, but the Blue Blazers of Westbrook are hoping to knock the former champs out and have a try at the $1,000 prize.
Let's get things going by meeting the teams.
For Brunswick, we have Alexei, Molly, Wyatt, and Jonathan with alternate Sam and their coached by Clark Porter.
And for Westbrook, we have Zachary, Logan, Finn, and Ezra with alternates Lance and Isaac and their coached by Rebecca Bailey.
The competition has four rounds; toss up round, head-to-head round, category round, and the fun lightning round.
We'll start with the toss up round.
All answers are worth 10 points and this is the only round with no point deductions for wrong answers.
